Cooking.
|

Cooking is a form of art which is
creative, fun and rewarding. Instruction will include
food sanitation & preparation. You will learn how to
make main courses, salads, snacks and baking though the
week. Your new skills and recipes are sure to impress
your family & friends! In this class you will also learn
how to read recipes and become familiar with some basic
cooking utensils like spoons, spatulas, mixing bowls,
measuring cups & more! |

| Woodcraft. |
Assemble, design and decorate
amazingly fun projects! If you are interested in wood
and working with your hands, this class is for
you. You will have a great time and come away with cool
keepsakes or gifts for someone special. This class will
include learning how to use the basic woodworking
materials and woodworking safety!

| Craft Mediums |
This year is the medium of paper!
You will be astonished at the range of projects you can
create. Receive a long-lasting sense of accomplishments
and a skill you will use for years to com. The kids will
learn how to make their own tools to make paper, get
knowledge following written instructions of paper
folding and much more!

| Leather Works |
Love leather, but think it would be
to hard to work yourself? Learn otherwise, have fun
creating a design and put together a lasting treasure!
Because when you work with leather you can do a little,
or you can do a lot. It is all up to you!

 Set
up with team games, activities and sign-ups, our week includes tons
of stuff kids know and love, with some great surprises throughout the
week! |
At Camp Venture we give the
kids the opportunity to developed existing interests and abilities,
as well as new ones. Our fantastic games and activities emphasize
team building, co-operation and confidence through positive
relations.

TEAM
TIME.
our teams, each captained by a counselor, will
learn to work together, while building the bonds of friendship and
trust. By being able to play different games with the other teams
each day, we hope to promote greater and better interactions amongst
all our campers.
SIGN-UPS.
Each morning multiple sign-up
activities will be selected for the kids to enjoy in the afternoon.
These smaller groups will allow for greater freedom of choice, as
well as let friends spend some time together, or meet for the first
time!
All our games and activities are fully supervised and
work to promote physical activity, flexibility, balance and FUN! We
take advantage of the weather to be outside as much as possible. The
summer may be short, but we Can make it a bit sweeter.
(Example game include : Capture the
flag, ultimate Frisbee, outdoor dodge ball and many more)
