Week Long Summer Kids Camps For ages 8 -13.
Family Owned and Operated.
Camp Venture is held in the heart of the prairies, at the
Pope Lease Pines Resort. It is situated within 16 acres which
are lined by trees on 3 sides. We are a truly unique camp
experience, our days are packed! Starting with a wholesome
relaxed breakfast and ending with stories & songs around the
campfire. Great food and snacks, activities, fun classes,
games and much more!
It is a rich and
fun filled day every day!
At Camp Venture , we want to create lasting memories by
encouraging fun, friendship and respect for all. Though team,
class and group interaction, our campers will be able to share
memorable times with others, learn new skills and gain
confidence. Our hope is that the friendships they form during
the week will endure long past their stay with us

About Camp Venture |
|
We
are a non- denominational summer kids camp for ages 8-13, and is a
truly unique camp experience. All of our accommodations are
original miners homes that have been fully restored and date back
to the early 1900s. Originally they were homes to entire families,
now they have been transformed into bunk style houses while keeping
the integrity of the historic mining era and preserving a piece of
history .They will be their HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME for their stay
with us. Catering to
40 children per we
start the days with a wholesome relaxed breakfast and ending
with stories and songs around the campfire. GREAT FOOD AND SNACKS,
ACTIVITIES, CLASSES (leather, wood working, cooking and the art of
paper)
GAMES
(Example games include: Capture the
flag, ultimate Frisbee, outdoor dodge ball)
AND MORE like campfire stories, theme meals and last night finale!
